Premier Mobile Auto Care – Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Overview
The Premier Auto Care Membership (“Membership”) provides subscribers with discounted and bundled automotive maintenance services delivered by Premier Mobile Auto Care (“Company”).
2. Membership Term
Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically.
Members may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee (see Section 12).
3. Service Eligibility
Membership services apply to standard passenger vehicles and light trucks.
Full synthetic oil changes are included; specialty oils may incur additional cost.
4. Included Services
Included services depend on the membership tier purchased (Standard, Premium).
Services do not roll over if unused.
5. Scheduling
All services must be scheduled in advance.
Priority scheduling applies to members but is subject to availability.
6. Service Area
Membership benefits apply only within Premier Mobile Auto Care’s service radius (Mason, West Chester, Lebanon, Loveland, Blue Ash, and surrounding areas unless otherwise noted).
7. Additional Repairs or Services
Any repair or maintenance not explicitly listed in the membership plan is billed separately at member-discounted rates.
8. Vehicle Condition Requirements
Premier Mobile Auto Care reserves the right to decline service to vehicles with unsafe conditions (severe leaks, unsafe lifts points, flat tires, or environments unsuitable for mobile work).
9. Payment Terms
Membership fees are automatically charged monthly to the card on file.
Failed payments may result in paused membership benefits until resolved.
10. Household Vehicle Rules (Premium Plan)
Premium Family Plan includes oil changes for up to 4 vehicles in one household.
All vehicles must be registered to the same address.
11. Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of billing error.
12. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel at any time by contacting Premier Mobile Auto Care.
Membership remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Any cost not covered by subscription payments made will be charged to the customer before cancellation
13. Service Limitations
Membership does not cover:
Heavy-duty trucks, commercial fleets (unless enrolled separately), RVs, or modified vehicles
Severe engine or mechanical repairs
Diagnostic labor beyond what is included in the plan
14. Liability
Premier Mobile Auto Care is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical issues, worn components, or failures unrelated to services performed.
15. Changes to the Program
Premier Mobile Auto Care may update membership pricing or benefits with 30 days’ notice.
